1. Who we are

2. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed on this website. By placing an order you accept these terms, together with our Shipping policy, Return and refund policy and Privacy policy.

3. Made to order

Every HELENA SILINA piece is made to order after you place your order. Production takes about 4 weeks and delivery takes a further 2-3 weeks. After your order we contact you by e-mail to confirm your size and the expected delivery date. Delivery times are estimates.

4. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by e-mail. We may decline an order, for example if a material is no longer available. In that case we refund any payment in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro. Any applicable taxes and the delivery cost are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout using the methods offered there.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped from Milan, Italy. Delivery rates and areas are listed in our Shipping policy. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country, paid by the customer.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, as described in our Return and refund policy. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

8. Product images and colours

Because each piece is handmade, small variations in colour, feathers and finish are part of the design and are not defects. Colours may also look slightly different on different screens.

9. Care

Please follow the care instructions on each product page. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect care or use.

10. Intellectual property

All designs, images and texts on this website belong to HELENA SILINA and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

12. Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint, e-mail us at helenasilina@helenasilina.com and we will reply within 14 days. Consumers in Latvia may also contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC, www.ptac.gov.lv).

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this website at the time of your order applies to that order.
