Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To do so, e-mail us at helenasilina@helenasilina.com with your order number and the piece you wish to return.

Returning the piece

Please send the piece back within 14 days of telling us you wish to withdraw. It must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging. The cost of returning the piece is paid by the customer.

Refund

We refund the purchase price and the original delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may hold the refund until the piece has arrived back with us. The refund is made to the original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect pieces

If your piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
